The steel fencing business commenced over 30 years ago in Central South East Queensland under the sole proprietorship of Dave Palmer T/As D.J. Palmer.
Palmer Steel Trading (Aust) Pty Ltd is an Australian owned and operated family business that has been established in our current location for nearly 30 years - we have several branches Australia wide. We have a large wholesale and manufacturing company with approximately 40 acres of fencing material over our four main sites, we have been operating and supplying chainwire, farm/rural fencing materials and steel products to many companies and contractors. Our very competent fabrication team can manufacture any custom size gates that you may require or we have standard size gates ready to for pick up.
The business established its head office at Stapylton, near Brisbane and it now has branches at Spotswood – Victoria, Fremantle – West Australia, and Darwin – Northern Territory. The company is a major wholesale distributor and stockist of Black and Galvanised Pipe – Painted and Galvanized RHS – Deform Bar – RMS and a wide range of other steel fencing materials used in a range of applications from rural fencing to temporary fencing and more.
